Where is training?

We have 3 venues in Doncaster. Elite Football Academy, High Melton. Astrea Academy, Balby. De Warenne Academy, Conisbrough. (link to timetable and venues)

Whats the price?

Boys | Elite Development £33 per month, Foundation Phase Academy (U9-12) £60 per month, Youth Development Phase (U13-18) £65 per month Girls | Girls | Prices are subsidised through 2023. Development (inc. Squad girls and Wildcats) £12 per month. Academy (all ages) £40 per month.

How do you get into the team?

The easiest way is to come to Development training. From there we select players that show potential to progress. The other way is by attending a trial. There are 4 trial periods throughout the year. Summer (June) is the main trial and is free to attend. September, December & April are extended 1 month trials with the team. These are subject to space availability and criteria. The cost for this month trial is £40.

What age group do you start?

U6 for training. U9 for teams

What breaks do you have from training?

Do you have parents evenings? when?

For Academy teams we have 2 parents evenings per year. Pre Christmas & May

Do we get progress reports?

Verbal feedback is provided

Do you follow coaching programme?

Yes. Our coaching programme is designed by our experienced leadership team formed from years of work within professional football. The holistic programme is pulled together by our Head of Coaching, Tony Mee.

Do we enter tournaments?

Yes. We enter multiple tournaments at all age groups across the country and around the world. We compete annually in the Ibercup in Portugal, the Florida Elite Invitational

What league do your teams play in?

Our boys teams play in The Junior Premier League. Girls teams compete in Junior Premier Warriors and local leagues for the younger ones

What qualifications do the coaches have?

The majority of our coaching staff are UEFA A or B licence with a small number of Pro Licence coaches and developing coaches at Level 2. All coaches, at any level aspire to gain a minimum of UEFA B qualification as a minimum standard.

What is the pathway / scouting

At Elite we have a number of strong relationships with professional Premier League, Football League and WSL clubs. We have an excellent relationship with Sheffield United and Manchester City for both boys and girls.

What is the cancellation policy?

Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Do you have GK training

Yes. We have specialist goalkeeper training for the GKs within the team and also stand alone for children that would like to access additional training.

Do you do one to one and small group coaching

Yes. Our coaches are available on request

Do you have to play for your team to train?

No. All players are welcome. This is whether you wish to be part of the team or to access additional training.
