REFUNDS

A full refund may be given to a customer who has purchased a subscription and cancelled at least 24 hours prior to attending their first session. Registration Fees are non refundable and are not directly related to any associated benefits of subscription.

All payments will be taken in GBP and refunds subsequently made in GBP.

In the event of the cancellation of a session (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the clubs control), a refund will not be given, instead an alternative game or session will be added within the dates provided as the ‘season’.

We will use best endeavours to contact customers either by 360, text message or in writing. Please note, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the session/game is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and we cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time or venue.

RE-OCCURRING ORDERS – T&C’S

Subscription is for 42 weeks delivery and cost spread evenly over 12 months. NB. Any cancellations made during periods of non-activity will result in re-registration charges.

HOW TO CANCEL A RE-OCCURING SUBSCRIPTION.

Customers are entitled to cancel a re-occurring subscription at any time. This can be requesting in writing to info@doncasterfootballacademy.co.uk. Subscription cancellations will be processed within 24 hours. Once a subscription is cancelled the service will no longer be accessible and the customer will be required to pay any outstanding fees. Any return to the programme will require the customer to re-register.
